The idea of this project was inspired by the great Nikos Kazantzakis work. In his writings, the titan addresses the great journey, the great quest and the great wonder of HUMAN who lives intensely and discovers the imperfect beauty of the world before which he bows. Incidentally, in this first expedition, we will discover in Aegina the house where Kazantzakis wrote his masterpiece “Zorba”. Here you will feel the magic of the place in every sunrise and sunset and in every breeze that whispers untold stories to you.

Chef Dexter is a remarkable chef with notable achievements in the culinary field. The title of “Best Hotel Chef Romania 2023” and finalist status in the MasterChef Romania competition indicate his high level of competence and expertise in the culinary arts. With a background from Hautes Etudes du Goût at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Chef Dexter was the obvious choice for the first edition of The Odyssey.
