3:00 PM – Check-in at Piraeus. Sail towards Poros.
5:00 PM – On the sea, savor amuse-bouche and Greek wines.
8:00 PM – WELCOME DINNER at Apagio & tasting of local drinks.
DAY 2 – SUNDAY, MAY 26 – POROS. Sail to HYDRA
9:00 AM – Kalimera! Sailor’s breakfast in the port.
Chef Dexter looks for fish and other authentic ingredients. Will you join or prefer a swimming session?
1:00 PM – SEAFOOD LUNCH on the boat.

8:00 PM – GREEK FINE DINING EXPERIENCE. Pairing with Greek wines.
DAY 3 – MONDAY, MAY 27 – HYDRA. Sail towards POROS
9:00 AM – GOURMET GREEK BREAKFAST. Sail towards The Russian Bay and make a stop for a swim.
1:00 PM – SURPRISE LUNCH – Guess which chef we’ll meet here?
8:00 PM – SUNSET DINNER – Cooking and dining on the beach with Chef Dexter. Let the party begin!
DAY 4 – TUESDAY, MAY 28 – POROS, to ATHENS via AEGINA
9:00 AM – GOURMET GREEK BREAKFAST. Depart for Aegina. Explore Aegina and the pistachio orchards.
1:00 PM AFTERNOON AT AEGINA on the beach.
8:00 PM – Meeting with Titans! A famous local chef & Chef Dexter invite us to an amazing Concept-Dinner – The Odyssey – a 4-hand gastronomic experience, inspired by the Odyssey of Ulysses.
DAY 5 – WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 – ATHENS
9:00 AM – MARINER’S BREAKFAST – IN PORT
